Chang

The chang is the forerunner of the harp and seems to have been used extensively in Medieval Transcaucasia (the birthplace of Nizami). Like the harp, the chang is plucked with the fingers of both hands and can have as many as 24 strings; music clip created by Learning Sites, Inc.
